Randy "Moe" Kaplan
Randy has been a music lover and involved in the music industry his entire life. Kentucky has been his home for more than 30 years. He is the current co-owner of the World Famous Parkette Drive-In Restaurant in Lexington. Randy is an excellent acoustic guitarist with great vocals who has years of experience. He is very talented and known for having fun. You’ll love having him at your private party, as well as, at your next company get together. When playing solo, his music ranges anywhere from Elvis and Zac Brown to the Stones, Bon Jovi, Jimmy Buffet and many places in between. He performs many genres providing older and newer music and his goal is to entertain. He works hard to please every audience.
Randy has had the pleasure and honor of playing and performing with some of the most talented musicians, each one of them have been a wonderful influence on his musical journey. He’s performed all over Kentucky, as well as several venues in Key West, FL which fulfilled another dream of his.
Randy has also been a member of well-known regional bands like Doghouse, Wild Ride, Viagara Pfallz and Ultra Sound. Doghouse had the opportunity of opening for Lover Boy in 1998 and was heard by Sony Records. All were great experiences and helped shape him into the musician he is today.
