She has experience in orchestral, soloistic, and event performance. As an orchestral musician, Ashley has performed with the University of Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, Asbury University Orchestra, Central Kentucky Youth Orchestra’s Symphony and Concert Orchestras, and the Louisville Youth Orchestras. Ashley has also performed as a pit musician and performed operas such as Amahl and the Night Visitors with the University of Kentucky’s Opera Theatre and Lexington composer Angela Rice’s “Thy Will Be Done” oratorio. She was invited by the StageBox theater as a pit musician “The Fantasticks” and “Oklahoma!”. Her experience is not limited to ensemble and chamber music; as a soloist, Ashley has given multiple recitals and performed concertos and solos at Singletary Center, Transylvania University’s Haggin Auditorium, the University of Kentucky’s Chandler Hospital, as well as, many churches and retirement centers.
